Gary DeSanto, Founder and President
Gary is a true entrepreneur and no stranger to success. He has served as principal and CEO of his family business, the DeSanto Realty Group for over 20 years, building a real estate portfolio of over $300 million in property located throughout the United States. Gary’s entrepreneurial vision and excitement turned to the energy industry when deregulation became a reality in his own back yard. Gary took his own business experience and combined that with the expertise of highly regarded professionals in the industry to create Park Power, one of the most respected and successful energy providers in the industry today. Gary is a dedicated father, husband and leader in the community as noted by the multiple accolades he has received including his recognition by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a “40 Under 40”, given to top young business leaders that are active in their community; he held the position of Vice Chair of A Better Philadelphia, a non-profit organization of business leaders working to enhance health, safety and hope in Philadelphia; he’s a Member of the National MS Society Leadership Class of 2007 and recipient of the MS Leadership Award that same year; and Gary raised over $35,000 for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society Man of the Year Program in 2010.
Joseph Colia, Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Joe oversees all operations from wholesale power procurement to retail customer acquisition for Park Power. Joe brings a wealth of experience to this position, having worked closely with Gary DeSanto as COO of the DeSanto Realty Group. Joe has accumulated over 25 years of experience managing large budgets, day-to-day operations and financial reporting, and all of the moving parts for companies like Boeing and Thomas and Betts, where he was responsible for running operations and staff of up to 125 people with annual budgets of more than $25 million. Joe holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from The Pennsylvania State University and also has a M.S. in Industrial Management from Widener University. Joe is a dedicated husband, active church member and is involved in the betterment of his community.
Gail DeSanto, Vice President of Customer Relations
Gail's passion and vision for Park Power is contagious and her dedication to our customers is unrivaled. Gail brings a wealth of management, financial reporting, budgeting and people skills to her current position, having been a commercial asset manager for the last 10 years. Gail managed local properties for both the Buccini/Pollin Group and for Preferred Real Estate. Gail is a dedicated mother, wife and volunteer in the community.
Mia McGarvey, Accounting Manager
As Accounting Manager, Mia oversees all accounting operations. With 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Mia has helped Park Power achieve business success by helping establish practical and sound financial processes. Mia holds a B.S in Account Management from Immacualta University, is a loving mother and wife, and is an active volunteer in her community.
Lauren Pucci, Customer & Associate Care Manager
Lauren Pucci is a veteran of the energy industry, having helped grow another electricity supply company from a new start-up to a successful, mature enterprise.
"My approach is to help people develop by bringing out the best in them,” Lauren states. “I look forward to using my professional and academic background to build a confident, well-performing team to help me lead the associate and customer care organizations here at Park Power."
Lauren has a BA in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State University, and is currently pursuing her MA in Elementary Special Education from Gwynedd Mercy University. When she is not helping customers and associates find answers to their questions at Park Power, she enjoys cooking Italian favorites, sharing home-cooked meals with friends and jet-skiing in the ocean.
Natina McGuffin, Client Services
Natina McGuffin is a key asset to Park Power. With 18 years of experience in the commercial real-estate business dealing with investor relations, Natina offers a wide range of customer care knowledge and talent to help manage our customer care team here at Park Power. Natina is a spirited individual who uses her kindness to bring the best out in her team. “I believe in leading my team by example, and always have a smile on my face.” Natina received training from the School for Executive Secretaries in Philadelphia and is also a trained bridal consultant and event planner. Natina is a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and enjoys traveling, baking, and entertaining her family and friends.
